1Acceptance of Terms

Clubwin employs a rigorous identity verification (KYC) process covering ID document checks, proof of address and, in certain cases, source of funds. This process is in place to protect all users on the platform and to comply with applicable legal requirements.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on ClubWin. Opening a second account, whether using the same or different information, is considered a serious breach of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and any bank account or e-wallet details used.

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. clubwin will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out completely when using a shared device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached. Documents typically required include a copy of your ID card or passport, proof of current address, and in certain cases, a bank statement. All documents are processed confidentially and stored securely using high-level encryption.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the ClubWin platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ClubWin supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are processed instantly via FPX and DuitNow under normal circumstances.
• clubwin does not charge any processing fees on deposits — you receive the full amount you put in.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to local e-wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Full KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective bonus terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been fully met. clubwin reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Clubwin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, game-specific promotions and exclusive VIP member offers.

6Game Rules

All games available on the ClubWin platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fish shooting and sports betting — are subject to their respective game rules as stated in each game's help section.

All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by qualified third-party verification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ClubWin itself.

For sports betting, the odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is placed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances stated in ClubWin's sports betting rules, such as event cancellation or an obvious technical error.

In the event of a technical interruption during a game session — including internet connectivity issues, server disruption, or system failure — ClubWin will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be fully refunded to the player's account.

• Results recorded in the ClubWin server system are final in any dispute.
• Display errors on the user's screen do not override the actual results recorded by the server.
• Winnings resulting from an obvious technical error may be voided by ClubWin.

7Prohibited Activities

The ClubWin platform is intended for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts in any form.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or game errors.
• Engaging in money laundering activities through the platform.
• Cheating, manipulating, or colluding with other players to deceive the system.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without authorization.
• Filing unwarranted chargebacks through a bank or payment provider.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes.
• Maliciously spreading false information about ClubWin to the public.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Clubwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification failed or false information was provided during registration.
• Activities that are suspicious or potentially in breach of applicable laws.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
• User voluntarily registers for self-exclusion.

You may close your clubwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

If you feel that your wagering activity is affecting your well-being, ClubWin offers a self-exclusion option for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime. During the exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and ClubWin will not send you any marketing communications.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ClubWin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of ClubWin or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright laws.

• Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting any content on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• The trade name "ClubWin", its logo, and all related trademarks are registered property.
• Use of any content for non-personal purposes requires prior written authorization.
• Linking to the ClubWin website from a third-party website requires prior authorization.

10Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The ClubWin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, ClubWin does not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors.

• clubwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform.
• We are not liable for any wagering losses incurred by users — all bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk.
• clubwin is not liable for any damage caused by viruses or malware originating from external sources.
• ClubWin's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

11Terms and Conditions Amendments

Clubwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.
